The first thing you’ll notice is the tropical punch from the Voss Kveik yeas, it throws off a huge amount of ripe orange and a touch of pineapple. Layered on top of that, the hops are having a proper party. You’ll get coconut and a creamy fruitiness from the Sabro, a lovely soft apricot and stone fruit from the Rakau, and that classic citrus and floral note from the Cascade. The Amarillo adds a touch of juicy orange and grapefruit peel that just ties it all together. It’s a complex, but incredibly inviting, beer.
