Neighbourhood Watch – Imperial Stout – 9.5% – #2065

A robust and complex Imperial Stout built on a rich foundation of dark crystal, chocolate malts, and roasted barley. The addition of flaked oats provides a luxuriously smooth and velvety mouthfeel, but the true star of the show is the generous dose of Dark Muscovado sugar, which imparts deep, rum-like notes of molasses and dark caramel. Balanced with a traditional, earthy blend of British East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops, and fermented with a blend of English yeast, this stout delivers a profoundly dark, roasty, and beautifully layered finish.
